Phillips FWD39 or FWD39/21 Service Manual

Hi,

I urgently need service manual for Phillips FWD39 DVD player, The system on startup says, reset and then it says unplug the mains or check the drawer, system hangs or becomes blank.

On first instance i took this to Phillips repair center and they said main sensor is damaged and need to replaced. After working fine for another month it again got in to the same problem, service center guys told there are dropping s of insects and we have cleaned it is working now. It is again showing the problems after working for 2-3 days.

This time i would like to open it and see if there is any droppings or dust.
