this set came in dead replaced the conergence IC's with the good ones got set to turn on tried to do a manual convergence but notice that the red & blue seem to be pincusioned on right side ckecked R3804,R3805,R3806 which are 220 ohm 1% in the deflection circuit and found the values to be 24% less than their rated values could this cause the pincusion effect.

Check 2830 (.01mf) and 2832 (.022mf) and see it there cracked.
