NEC PX-50XM1A aka 50MP1

I got this plasma and a spare identical parts unit. The parts unit had been dropped after it suffered the same problem as the good unit. Problem is when I got the unit powers on to blank screen with green light. After much doing and a suggestion from someone. I removed the units with the heat sinks from on sustain board and placed them on a scan board. This got a picture that is 3 pixels tall to display. Nothing else. So my question is: What should I try next? I read the post about bad capacitors. If I had bad capacitors shouldn't I have about half the screen? Or could I maybe have a bad capacitor in each pair? Using an oscilloscope I can see on the positive side of the capacitors I have 170V to ground but not necessarily to the negative side of the capacitor. There is no ripple in the wave of the voltage.

HI IF YOU HAVE EXTRA BOARDS FOR THE PX50XM1A -AKA 50MPI I WOULD PAY WELL FOR PKG 1801 A VERY SMALL 2'x3" pcb which is attachted to pkg 1810 power board please let me know caquino @tampabay.rr.com
