Sony TV KV 27TS27 Power On Problem

TV model: Sony KV 27TS27
When power on it automatically shuts off. After many tries it stays on. Sometimes I unplug the power cord and it works when I plug it in but not always.
Could someone please help.
I have no circuit diagram. Could it be a dry capacitor? Which one?
I have tried to solder where the joints look dry.

Repair all solder connections on IC201 "A" Board (Horizontal Drive Ic TDA8302)
Also see if q502, q601 and q602 are shorted.
