My TV was on and it started smoking. I unplugged the TV and opened it up. There was a lot of dust and dirt. I blew all of that out and cleaned it as well as possible. With the back off I plugged it in and the picture and sound came on. The picture has waves going in and out when the screen changes. waves on the side. The color looks good as I can see. There is a black tube on the board and I noticed some little smoke coming out. Does anyone know what that tube is and where can I by it.

Is the part that is burnt start with a cx? Like CX3220.
