Rca 46 inch....

I have a 46 inch rca model #p46151wk that i bought roughly a year ago...Picture was fine when I bought it....now at the house when i plug it in i get a sharp snap when i turn it on then nothing....removed the front and rear cover and found that there is a high voltage arc from the center gun to the chassis.....Can anyone lead me the right direction here?

Sounds like a bad green tube.
