Hi, no sure if you have had any luck with finding the Service Manual for the Packard Bell 300ASW. Below is a link where you will be able to download what you need...

I have posted a Blog on the same site looking for someone to identify one of the three IC's on the underside of the HOAU242001 Power Supply unit that apparently causes most of the problems with these LCD TV/Monitors
