When requesting a manual or schematic, Please put the make and model number in the subject line and please give as much information about the product as you can. Many manufacturers have the same or similar model numbers and this will avoid confusion.
Also, don't forget your manners, you are asking strangers to do you a favor, its much nicer if you put a 'please' or a 'Thank you in advance' in your request
