Fujitsu PDS4234 42 Plasma Failure - Blinking RED light

Hi,

I got a Fujitsu PDS4234 42 Plasma and till now it worked fine since 2003.

Now I encountered a few serious problems :
1. After I turn on the TV I can see the picture for a short time then it disapear and the ON/STBY led blinks in RED. and the TV is OFF. Need to be restarted.
2. Even when the TV in ON there is trace of the LAST viewed pictures!

Please advise!!
