hyundai hlt-3711 dead?

ive got this hyundai that does nothing at switch on ,no led's.when i have checked the psu (without main board connected)i get all the correct voltages.when connected to main board the only voltage present is 5v standby.one of the pins from psu to mainboard is labelled control,but i dont know what condition should be on this.has anyone faulted one of these,or has anyone got a service manual.
any info would be appreciated,thanks
