| I have a Sylvania 27" color TV model # 6427TE and it will not turn on . there is no sound or picture. It started with a black frame around the picture, then it turned off. I have not been able to turn it back on again. Can anyone help ? The fuse is good. when i connect it to the power strip. It has a numming noise coming from inside. |
