Service manual car VW Polo year 2002

Hi,
i'm searching for some manual of the transmission clutch oil change, and possibly the tuning of the parking brake for a Volkswagen Polo 1.4 petrol year 2002.
All other maintenence operations included in the manual(s) are very welcome
(For example the user manual states it's good to check the transmission gear oil level, but i have no clue on how to do that).
