Does anyone happen to have a service manual or any experience with one of these?

My boss is throwing his away since It quit working. It seems to have the common issue where it goes strait into standby when you try to turn it on, and will not turn on. From what I read it is detecting a fault, and shutting down. I'm not a complete noob at TV's, replaced the IC's and conductors on my JVC 56" Rear projection to fix it when I got it, but have never dove into a Plasma. Any Suggestions or Ideas? Anywhere you can order parts online? The local Tv repair guy refuses to order parts for me or even talk to me, unless he does all the work.
