tv turns on and then shuts off. i am not sure if its the video card or something else. you can hear the high voltage and then it shuts off. any help would be great.

so i have done some research and found that the p/s needs to be resoldred. now there is a primary and a secondary do i need to do both or just the primary? also iam going to update the convergance ic`s to the 180`s.

ok so i found some faulty solder joints and replaced the ic`s and now it powers on.
