gigaset 3000 problem

My trusty gigaset a few weeks haw a problem.When i receive a call the receive button does not work even if i press the button many times.
It works only when i pick up the other phone.
Also when i dial a number and press the call button does not work.
It is not problem of the button but how can i fix it?
