Hello
Can anyone help me with a service manual or electric circed diagram for an NAD 3220PE amplivier? Need it for finding out the value from 2 burned resitances.
Thanks and good times for you all |

I think there were some similarity between those units....I have a 3225PE/3020I Perhaps it just may be similar to what you have?
What resistors are you looking for on what circuit? |

There are two BD139's one of which seems to be on a heatsink Q409
here's the final stage.---(Btw, you may want to check all the surrounding components as there may be others).

Same as C510, C512 .1 microfarad 50 V. (not critical for type, you can use ceramic, polypropylene etc)

That's it
Now I replaced the cap but noticed the 4 fuses were blown, replaced them and still the ones going to the 8 ohms blew again.
where could the problem be? I measured the diodes andd seem ok.
What else should I do and measure? |

Sounds like there is still a load on the supply line and if the diodes check Ok and there are no problem with diodes or electrolytics, more than likely you have blown outputs; Q415/416 Q417/418 &/or predrivers Q411thru414-- possibly more? |
