feedback sound from speakers

i have a mitsubishi vs-60609 rear projection tv i just replaced the convergence ic for a red conv.issue now when the tv is first turned on till warms up has a loud feedback humm through speaker....its always there but gets faint after set warms...any ideas?????

Capacitor fault at amp or amp regulator.

Previously I lost the color green and this past weekend the TV shut down by itself. It turns on for 10 seconds and then shuts down again. I can't get any kind of answer from local repair shops to determine if it is worth fixing without taking it in (it's a big TV). Any idea on parts cost and approximately labor hours?[code][/code]
