before the TV, CRT can't On, no horizonta out, Transistor Horizontal its ok, but no voltage at base transistor Horizontal, after I check, I change x-tal (CSB500F9) on chroma IC, because Ic not working. Now, CRT on but no color come out... |

CSB500F9 is not a crystal but a ceramic resonator. It is probably used for the horizontal oscillator or any other purpose, not for the color subcarrier oscillator.
Check with a scope that the composite video signal is correct at the input of the chroma IC, if there is an external bandpass filter for the chroma signal then you can check the signal after that filter too.
Try to disable the color killer and see what happens – either you get correct color, or you get just color noise (in this case, there is a fault somewhere in the chroma signal chain, or you get unsynchronized color (which means that the subcarrier oscillator for some reason doesn’t lock). |
