Pioneer SD_P4575 TV Help Reducing Picture Size

I have this Pioneer tv that I need some help with reducing the picture size that it is currently displaying.

The tv is being used for Playstation 3 and Satelite (Bell Xpress Vu)
The picture is too big. It is not in cinema mode just normal. I need to bring the sides of the picture in about an inch on each side and the bottom up just a little. Hopefully you understand.
