philips lc 4341 projector

hi
has anyone come across the lamp driver assembly for this model,
have tried new bulb but get no light out off bulb,
have been told it may be the lamp driver ,

1/ check DC value (+295V DC aprx.) on the PowerSupplyBoard unit -output DC power for ballast unit
2/ check switch door, dust filter switch (1914), all connected fans (1913, 1912, 1914, 1911, 1910) and their functionality, check temp switch (1620)

thanx toudy for your reply,
what happened to projector was ,
trurned it off one night ,
put it back on next day fans start up , fan stays on , then after about 30 secs when lamp should illuminate, the green light on top off projector turns to flahing red ,
have had a guy look at it (not a projector engineer) and he said there was no power going to the lamp (lamp drivers)
