Samsung PCJ534RFX/XAA Power Board Component

I have a Samsung PCJ534RFX/XAA, and in the center of the power board, between a bunch of large components, lies a Red cap that exploded out the side, all the information seems to have been on the scorched side.
I'm wondering if anyone might know what the information for this part, cause its stopping the tv from turning on at all.
theres a number on each side of it, below it is L808, and above it is C818.
