24" lcd monitor had a bunch of bad caps in the power supply. but the
screen still has a flashing problem. seems like something in the power supply is still leaky. anybody ever work on one of these? thanks

Did you replace the bulged caps and make sure polarity was correct on each?

Have you taken any voltage readings to see if any of the B+'s are high/low?
