Primma Tv 20" no model shows.
Has an STR S6707 on pwr supply and cannot switch on has continuous buzzing sound when switched on, any manuals or help

Do secondaries of Switched Mode Power Supply have necessary voltages?
If all = NO ... problem in SMPS (?regulator?).
If one (or more) missing (or low) ... check for short on that (those) supplies. (?Horizontal Output device?)

Thanks for your answer @jts1957,
Have changed the switching regulator strs6707, but still wont power up the secondary, has a no/no power.
Will try and analyze side components which am assuming values could have been changed earlier.
