I have a problem with ASUS P5BPREMIUM motherboard ,few days ago my graphic card had burnt out,and now after buying second graphic card computer doesnt start(checked with other computer it did fine),fans are spinning,light on the motherboard is ON,Hard disk is spinning also,Driives are OK,but no POST,NO BEEPS,checked for capacitors around processor ,couldnt find any leak or something "suspicious".Is anything "left good" from the motherboard?

Not sure if it is the same as yours but have a similar nagging problem with a P5GD2 premium that sometimes refuses to boot for no freakin reason. Seems like it just started doing it for no reason. (had no video card problem)
In my case, it is some sort of a connection issue on the main motherboard.
Sometimes unplugging/plugging the main power supply connector or pressing around it will cause it to start working. ( it is not the connector)

And.....Does anybody have a clue :Are Bios chips of Asus P5B and P5B PREMIUM the same ,as I have another board ,and i could try and swap Bios chips.
