Hi everybody!
i have a computer with an error when i start it ( Intel CPU uCode Loading error ) press F1 to Continue.
my computer has Asus P5P800S,processor intel 3Go with 1Go Ram/80Go HDD.
i hope to find the answer as soon as possible.

You can get the BIOS upgrade file from the PC manufacturer's website or preferably from the BIOS manufacturer's website.
Be very careful when doing the upgrade, a mistake can cause your system to crash or rendered useless. Also, a BIOS upgrade is not reversible, once you upgrade it, there is no going back.

you can get it from BIOS dealer's site or you can get it from BIOS manufacturers site.. as Justmanuals said you should take care of your system while upgrading..
