Renault Megane "Tuner List" Radio/CD player

Hi there to anyone who can help!?

Recently changed my car battery. The car that I bought new in 2003. Re-inputted the Factory default code of "0000" for the radio and it's not recognised hence "ERROR"

Can anyone please provide me with the code?
