hi
i have ford 4000 rds sn= M221834 and the code is 7232
but when i enter the code and press the number 5, it still asks for the code, and when i enter wrong code it also asks for the code but write below "code" a number 2
plz help

I would think it has been recoded previously , you will have to get it recoded again.

take it to a local decoder service . also remember this service is for private use only .
