Toshiba Satellite L25 Screen Problem

I have a Toshiba Satellite L25 S1217 I had the screen replaced in it as the old one was cracked When I recived it back from the repair store it doesn't work properly I tried to take it back an they won't stand behind their work.. there are 2 lines down the screen on the left side it is a red transparent line about an inch to inch an half wide if i squeeze the top of the screen it goes away on the right side it blacks out for about 4 inches.. how ever if i squeeze the top of the screen it goes away an i can see the screen just fine.. i have no earthly idea what is wrong or how to fix it .. any suggestions would be a great help.. thanks

You paid with a credit card right? Call the credit card company and file a complaint.
