Who can help me?

I have removed my CCRT 700 from my Opel Omega; unfortunately I have no longer the radio pass, so I do not know the code to unlock the radio.

The radio data is:

GM 0700X103 6416

No. 90533441
Type CCRT 700 W8T

9022 213 98759 02
003 9925 1036416

398/75
WA 02 9924 4
