This playstation 1 scph-1001 says "Start" but the game never comes up. I can hear that the cd-rom drive is not spinning up. Could I just replace the lens?

How will replacing the lens (even if you could get one) help if the drive isn't spinning up? Along with replacing the lens you'll have to calibrate it, do you have the program to do that?
