Renault dealer give me: 5992, 3490, 3364 all doesnt work Crying or Very sad

Need hold enter button longer??

enter the code with the button on the steering wheel remote ,

3364 is the original code , if you are entering the code correctly and it still doesn't work I'm afraid the radio must have been recoded.

Code its ok. Just need hold enter button on steering kolumn slightly longer. THANKS !!!
