code for our Becker 7821

Good day. we have a problem with our radio/navi. After we changed the battery the radio asks for a code. We searched everywhere but we coud not find it. Our garage says that it is not their mistake. Does someone knows how to get te code?

Its a Becker Traffic Pro High Speed. Type: BE 7821, serialnumber:
35000444.
