28pw6005 led flashes but cant change channels?

when i push a button on my remote the led on the tv i flashing (so the remote works) but nothing happens Sad

tryed with a universal remote same problem led on tv flashing when pushing button but nothing happens Sad

hope someone can help have been searching the net but no luck Sad

What about pushing the "power" button located on the set? Smile

its the only way to turn it on but then it says locked because we put parental control on it but i cant change channels with the remote and buttons on tv is also blocked i need the remote to work so that we can remove the kode or can i reset the tv somewhere?

"Brand" also might help.
Owner's manual should specify if there's a master reset/unlock code for your set. Smile

i have been looking i have got the service manual with every thing inside the tv but cant seem to find any reset and i have been looking inside to see if anything is broken i have tryed everything Sad

i tryed that service code 062596 text-i but since i cant punch any numbers in it aint working im stuck here

if the line output stage is running, ( quick check is see if the crt heaters are lit ) then there are 2 likely causes, first is ic 7064 the painter ic, the 2nd is that the crts emission has fallen to the point where the auto grey scale cannot balance the emission.
