Peugeot 106 code for Cassette/Radio

Hi my radio/cassette player is locked and I need the code to unlock it. Here are a few of the things I found on the sticker when I took it out:

I'm not sure which of these is the serial number because it wasn't quite clear, but I figured that having these numbers is more than enough.

How many goes do you get to enter the code? Because we have had the display show "enter code" or something like that and we used up all 2 or 3 goes. Daft thing to do when we didnt have the code, but it was the first thing it actually put up other than some random numbers that had been tried before by maybe someone else. How do we get the enter code prompt to come up? Do we have to wait a certain amount of time or do we press a combination of buttons?
