Philips stereo code

Hi Everyone,
Im hoping someone can help as Ive just purchased a new vehicle and made the mistake of disconnecting the battery to do some work before checking I had the stereo code and guess what......I haven't got it.....DOHHh!!!
Ive put below all the details that I think you may need and if anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated,

Hi,
Im not sure to be honest,that number is stamped into the metal case of the radio and thats all there is but I can see that there used to be a couple of stickers on the stereo but they are no longer there and I havent got a clue what info was printed on those,should there be more numbers than I posted then?
Ive just checked again and the only other number I can find is :-
9022 314 65659.

There are 2 stickers missing from the outside of the stereo and Im now worried that these contain the info that I need to obtain the code,hope Im wrong!

We need number pattern like: TOX123 or TX123 or X123 (this is just an example) if you can't see any look at the radio's hand book for a sticker with a bar code.

Hi again,
Guess what,not only do I not have the stereo code but I have no handbooks either so I dont have the audio handbook! The only number I have found that looks anything like the number you posted is the first number I put up :-
PHAPFFX9066018
I assume that this isn't the serial number then?

Yes the 14 digit number that you have provided is the serial number which we need most the time,our database covers models up to mid of 1999r. yours seems to be newer,that's why i'm asking if there is such a number so we can calculate your code.

Hi Again,
The sticker with the barcode on it is unfortunately 1 of the stickers thats missing. Ive just checked again and the only other info I can find is a sticker thats on the wiring plugged into the stereo and not the stereo itself so Im not sure if its relevant or not,its laid out exactly as Ive written it below:-
14 864 470 80
Indice: 00
Date: 40-99
PHILIPS
3111 118 76371

Does this help at all or am I out of luck without more info?

Thanks for all the help anyway,I was worried that you would say something like that to be honest. Have you any suggestions of what else I can do,short of throwing the stereo in the bin and buying another, as I wanted to keep the vehicle as original as possible and am not keen on putting an after market one in it.

Just take it to a local decoder for decoding it.
