Philips Car400 on Astra request

Hello,
Back in December the battery on my year 2000 Vauxhall Astra finally died. Heck the garage looked amazed as it was the original battery. Sadly the radio code was required after that. Even though I bought the car in 2003 the only thing missing was the little card. The original company that owned the vehicle is no longer contactable.
If someone could possible help with the code I'd be grateful as driving in silence is not good.
The radio/casette serial number is: GM 0400 S 1096844
Other details from the label say GM Philips No. 09 136 106
Type Car 400 2F3 / Made in Germany
