Saxo Radio Code

Hi

I'm somebody else who needs a Citroen Saxo radio code. Could somebody please tell me what information I would need to supply and where I would get it from (do I need to take the radio out of the car and look at the numbers on the back of the unit?)

There are no numbers on the front of the head unit and none in the car radio instruction book.

Actually it's strange because when I asked the Citroen dealer I bought this car from new, they gave me the code they had on file for the car and the radio wouldn't accept it. I spoke to them again and they were adamant that the code they'd given me was the right one but it doesn't work.

I bought some decoding programs from a guy on Ebay and none of them seem to be of use so I'm looking here.
