Toshiba TV 43VJ13P

I was given this back projection TV and has no screen ( no prob as i would like to turn it into a wall projector)

When switched on- the red,green and blue bulbs/ tubes come on and you can just make out that the speackers have energized. after focusing the lights on the wall i can see a verry thin line sort of a zig zag on all three colors. the line does not move in any way.

I have been told that it could be the STK........ after looking at the board i found this modle to have three SLA4501M at about a 10 GBP a go.

Can somone please confirm that this is the most likly to be the fault?

and if i replace one will i get some form of picture with sound or does all three have to be replaced to get any form of picture and sound?
