The usual chain of events is: Plug charger into phone - allow to charge - use phone - battery will discharge with use - Start chain over.

One of three things:
1) The Battery is not accepting a charge; Presuming you changed battery for a BRAND NEW one - not the second of two you may have purchased on the date that you originally bought the phone. Batteries do not have an infinite lifespan.
2) Charger is defective; If someone you know has SAME - swap.
3) Phone is defective. If someone you know has SAME - swap.

Numbers 2 and 3 have risks - Your defective charger may damage your friends battery/phone. Or your defective phone may damage your friends charger.

My charger and my battery are good becauz it's ok when i put thez in a other phone.your hav not other solution for me.Plz
