hi i have tried the code and the code works thanks for it but ther is a prob when you switch off and switch on the ignition it asks for code again and again why its doing it like this any help for this?? please

there are two live connections to the radio , one is live only with the ign.
the other is a permanant live to retain the memory , I expect that either
the wires are the wrong way around or maybe the permanant live is missing ( fuse , broken wire etc. )
