I'm not 100% sure, but I suppose it's a Siemens VDO CDR 500.

oh rite i got told it was a philips VDO CDR 500 but i dont know nothing about them . is there anyway of decoding it . thankyou

Read 24C16 with your programmer device and post the bin file,if you can't do that you better go to a local decoder service.

Inside the unit,it's 8 pin IC chip,desolder it,insert it into your programmer,read the content and when you're ready with that contact me...
