Video and Tuner display is breaking up - starting on RHS of screen. Looks like 1/4 to 1/3 of screen is digital framestore data unlocked - pouring downwards! Varies in symptoms with time. PC VGA input still works fine.
I assumed the Video plug-in card has fault- changed all Electrolytics. Suspected Q801 which looks like V Reg (AK5034483 SOT-223 package) because of some heat marks on pcb. Now also suspect main board....
The Relisys 1520 ESI manual download is NOT this model! Anyone got the right manual or seen this weird chip before? |
