old citroen radios

i have managed to get the code for my phillips radio, but need a patch lead for the CD player, the cit radio has a rectangular socket, but the cd changer has a 13 pin din socket? if none are avalable i also have a clarion radio from an XM but its a later one with a large orange socket ?it came from anXM that i scapped last year, the radio has a 13 pin cd socket ,can anyone help me??? terry
