Renault Scenic II - bad code

Could anyone check my code for Renault Scenic II?

Radio is original
I've got documentation from seller and there is sticker:
number of bodywork's car: VF1 JMRG 06 34 40 31 45
there is printed number 1386 but it's not work

It's mean that radio is not original?
The only one way to start radio - is it go to service and recode it?

you have to remove the radio and post all the numbers and information from it.
