becker Mexico CD 4337 --> code missing.

Hi, my battery went down. And so did my radio. I don't now how to get it out of my dashboard so don't have a serial-No. Is it crucial to have the serial nr in order to retreive the code or is there a "standard"code that always works?

Unfortunaly ,there is no stanard code... In fact there is a possible 9,999 codes...so your serial number is crucial ....

Well i just found out that you don't have to remove the radio to get hold of the serial nr. Apparently pusching the TP button for 8+ sec + turning the righthand button should bring up the serial nr in the screen.

Can anyone confirm?

Serial nr: W5008124
