I have read hours of code issues and mine is one of a few, if anyone can advise me if they have experienced this same issue and a solution I would be very appreciative. My rcd300 is stuck in safe mode I have the code and serial numbers but when I enter the codes (4 digits) the system allows me to enter it twice and then does not aknowledge it. I follow the correct procedures in the manual but no joy after hours of waiting the one hour and re-entering. Am I doing something wrong? Could anyone confirm the code I have is correct or give me an alternative pls?
