symphonic wf2702 in service mode?

I replaced my old remote with a universal remote and while changing channels I pushed 2 buttons at the same time and put the TV in some type service mode. The TV won't turn off. There is number in each corner and when you push the menu button on the front it shows progresively percentage color,bright,contrast etc. The channels is stuck on 11 and the volume is zero. I left it unplugged for 2 days and the same thing. Do I need to remove the back and push some type reset? Any help would be appreciated.

Try:
Turn the power off by pressing main power button
on the TV unit, and unplug the AC cord from the
AC outlet.

Careful not to "change" any settings.
