Samsung HP-R4252 Plasma - Red Lines/Blotches

I've got a 42" Samsung HP-R4252 that has red lines in all inputs and the menu screen.

Anyone have any ideas as to what may be wrong?

I'd say Y sustain and Y driver boards need to be replaced. You need to check the VS and VA voltage along with the vset.

Is there any way to determine if it's the Y sustain or the Y buffers?

When I mess with each of the pots on the Ysus it does affect the picture. Not sure if this means it's functioning or not.

Same problem to start with but now has NO picture with sound. Could it be one or both of the boards?
