Still cannot download and open the service manual for the Dell W2600.
Does [/b]anyone know how to do this?

Have no idea what that is? Looks like a small bin file uploaded by someone who had no idea what it was. Description calls for a pdf but seriously doubt it is a valid file to begin with. looks more like a software file of some sort?
