when i turn on the cpu and monitor, the display is always changing to different colors. whats the best solution to this problem or which parts are defective .

Hi manixdvo.

I'd follow the next steps:

1.- Make sure that cable connector between cpu <--> display is tightened.
2.- Try another cable.

Mmnnnn.... but you've said that it happens when you turn on the cpu and monitor. Isn't it happening after a few minutes of having turned on the monitor?

The problem could be related with the video card (not so frequent) or the monitor itself (I think the most likely) unfortunately I'm not an expert in this matter.

Do you get OSD?
